Payment:
We do not offer payment terms unless specified by management. All work is due upon a services rendered basis. We gladly accept all major credit cards, checks and wire transfers.
Warranty:
All warranty claims are subject to discretion of X Handpiece after evaluation. Warranty claims must be accompanied by original invoice. Damage due to misuse, abuse, improper maintenance and sterilization procedures, etc. may not be covered under implied warranty. Claims must be made within the set warranty period of each repair service / product.

Shipping:
UPS/USPS Return Service label is strictly a courtesy service we provide and you are not obligated to use it. All inbound packages are not insured by us and we assume no liability in the event of damaged, lost or stolen packages. We do however assume a limited liability on outbound packages. In the event of a damaged, lost or stolen inbound package, we will assist with the replacement of the contents as a courtesy but are not responsible or required to do so.
